UBC Certificate in Program Management

Program Overview

Successful organizations are able to align the right resources with the right projects to produce positive results for mission critical projects. The challenge lies in determining what the right projects are and how to determine the benefits they provide.

The new UBC Certificate in Program Management (currently under development) will provide a set of skills and the knowledge for those whose daily tasks go beyond project management and into the realm that has a direct impact on the accomplishment of organizational objectives. The program is based on the Project Management Institute (PMI^®) standards for program management.

NOTE: UBC Continuing Studies is a Registered Education Provider of the Project Management Institute (PMI).
